With over three decades of hands-on experience in the industry, Reyburn has focused on ensuring a consistent fit and creating designs that cater to diverse markets. He has developed expertise in 3D apparel development, allowing for a seamless translation of design into high-quality products.

Reyburn's skills extend beyond pattern making and include pre-development, building strong relationships, leadership, construction management, product management, computer-aided design (CAD), fashion, 3D computer-aided design (3D CAD), creative pattern cutting, garment construction, engineering, design, garment fitting, apparel design, technical design, custom design, and more.

In terms of educational and employment background, Reyburn has held several significant roles in the industry.

Since November 2009, Reyburn has also been active as a Pattern Making Instructor at The Reyburn School. Here, His role involves teaching fashion students and seasoned design professionals the fundamentals of making custom-fit apparel patterns. The focus is on drafting, fitting techniques, fit corrections, and muslin making.

Reyburn held various roles in different companies. Including Columbia Sportswear as an apparel fit engineer. At lululemon, as a Prototyping Manager in the Whitespace division, managing teams and projects while utilizing innovative approaches to garment engineering. He also worked at Filson as a Senior Pattern Engineer for Men's Jackets and at Nike as a Prototype Center Team Lead, managing a team of sew technicians in the Nike sample room.

Before joining these companies, Reyburn worked as a freelance patternmaker for many years, further honing their skills in the field.

Reyburn studied pattern drafting and draping at ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode in Paris, France. This education has provided a strong foundation for Reyburn's expertise in this industry.
